Gear Tip: Prioritize What You Really Need

Don’t get caught up in the “Instagram operator” look. Before adding anything to your kit, ask yourself:

  1. Why do I need this?

  2. Does it serve a mission-specific or multi-functional purpose?

Essentials and pragmatism are critical: Carry at minimum three liters of water, medical supplies, extra magazines, and rations. As we look at more conventional conflicts in the world, fire and movement is life. Sustaining yourself in the field isn’t optional—without the ability to suppress and move effectively, you risk mission failure.

Always ensure your gear is practical, not just for show.

Shooting Tip: The Secret is in Your Support Hand

A key to more proficient shooting is learning how to control the gun with your support hand. Proper grip improves stability of your platform and overall control, leading to better primary shot placement and follow up shots.
